RotorCart- The Pipe Master
INTRODUCTION
The RotorCart pipe cleaning system is designed clean pipes up to 3000mm in diameter in a
very fast and highly efficient manner with extremely high safety standards for the operator. This high-pressure water tool operates at pressures of up to 1500 bar and can remove a variety
of deposits including blockages, corrosion, scale, concrete and debris .
The hose reel rotates through a pneumatic rotary joint and the speed is adjusted by a
continuously variable transmission. The hose reel drives the high-pressure hose to rotate, thereby driving the cleaning nozzle to rotate. Before entering the pipeline, the high- pressure hose passes through the hose feeder, which is responsible for automatically
guiding the hose in and out of the pipeline. The diameter of the hose of the RotoCar can handle
is 1/2”, optional we can make it handle ¾” hoses. The hose feeder has an adjustable wheel that can adjust the feeding or retracting speed of
the high-pressure hose.
